The white ceiling/walls tip from Tranceman is undersold. Did mine before installing anything and suddenly i needed way fewer fixtures than calculated. Reflection is doing 30-40% of the work in a bright shop. If your walls are bare OSB or grey concrete block you're fighting the room not lighting it
